Epson Large Format Trade-in Program

WHAT IS THE CLAIM PROCESS?
- Carefully review and confirm acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
- Register for Club Epson (if you aren't already)
- Register details on your new printer purchase
- Complete the on-line program Application form. Upon completion take note of the Claim Reference Number.
- You will be sent an email asking for supporting documentation. Respond directly with copies of the material requested.
HOW LONG SHOULD THE PROCESS TAKE?
- This will depend on how quickly you can provide the requested material.
- We aim to process claims within 2 weeks of receipt and pay eligible claims within 2 weeks of processing.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CLAIM IS REJECTED?
- All claims are judged strictly against the Terms and Conditions of the program.
- If your claim is rejected you will receive an email with the basis for the decision.
- Requests for review of cases that fall outside of the Terms and Conditions will not be entered into. If however you believe that you have met the requirements you should contact marketingassistant@epson.com.au with details IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of your rejection notice. Six (6) weeks after the close of The Program all outstanding Applications will be cancelled and no further correspondence will be accepted.
CAN I CONTACT EPSON BY PHONE OR OTHER METHOD?
- Unfortunately No. This is an online program only with all entrants required to submit claims and supporting documentation electronically.
DO I HAVE TO SEND IN PROOF OF PURCHASE AND OWNDERSHIP?
- Yes this is most important and should be done ASAP. Until documentation is received your application cannot be processed. If material is not supplied (complete and in an appropriate format as determined by Epson) your Claim will not be processed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE WITH A CLAIM SUBMISSION OR THE SUPPLY OF SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION?
- Program Dates are listed in the Terms and Conditions and it is mandatory that all material be supplied within these. Six (6) weeks after the close of The Program all outstanding Applications will be cancelled and no further correspondence will be accepted.
