Epson Genuine Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully these Terms and Conditions of the Epson Genuine Rewards loyalty programme. All other information on the Epson Genuine Rewards website are part of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions on the Epson Genuine Rewards website supersede all other Terms and Conditions for the Epson Genuine Rewards loyalty program which have appeared on printed material or previously on this website. Epson reserves the right at all times to make further changes to these Terms & Conditions.
- The promoter of the programme is Epson Australia Pty Limited, ABN 91 002 625 783, 3 Talavera Rd, North Ryde, NSW 2113, (“Epson”).
- The name of the programme is the Epson Genuine Rewards Program.
- The Epson Genuine Rewards Program is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only.
- Epson staff and immediate family are ineligible to enter.
- The Epson Genuine Rewards Program will only accept registrations from individuals. If two or more people apply to participate under a single membership registration, they will not be allowed to participate in the programme.
- To be eligible to earn Points, purchases of Eligible Epson ink cartridges must be recorded on the Epson Genuine Rewards website (http://www.clubepson.com.au/genuinerewards/) no more than 30 days after the date of each sale.
- If any details relating to a purchase are incomplete or incorrect, Epson has the right to disallow the Points claimed relating to that purchase.
- Participation in the programme is conditional on completing, in full, all details required by the Epson Genuine Rewards On-Line Registration Form.
- Epson reserves the right to suspend, vary, cancel or extend the Epson Genuine Rewards Program at its sole and absolute discretion.
- In the case of suspicious activity, Epson reserves the right to place any member's account on hold and request proof of purchase. In these instances, members of the Genuine Rewards program may have to provide original receipts, original Rewards Codes stickers, as well as original ink cartridge packaging as evidence in order to verify their claims.
- Points are not transferable to any other Epson Genuine Rewards member.
- Epson reserves the right at any time to add or delete any eligible product models, or vary the reward point values of Eligible Epson Rewards.
- The confidentiality of the Membership Number and the Password is the sole responsibility of the Epson Genuine Rewards Program participant. Neither Epson nor any of its resellers involved in the management of the Epson Genuine Rewards Program will accept any responsibility should a member's password be used by any other person.
- All reward claims made by Epson Genuine Rewards Program participants are subject to verification by Epson, which reserves the right to investigate and audit purchase information and reward claims. Claims that Epson cannot verify within a period of one month from the date of submission will be disallowed.
- Once the points have been approved and allocated to your account, you have twenty four (24) months to claim your rewards. All Points not redeemed for rewards by the expiry date will lapse automatically. Whenever Points are redeemed for rewards, the earliest recorded Points will be used first.
- No delivery addresses for rewards other than a Member's home or company addresses nominated in the Rewards Ordering webpage will be recognised. Once a reward is delivered to the nominated address of a claimant, Epson accepts no responsibility for any reward that is lost, stolen or damaged, or any warranty claims arising with the manufacturer or supplier of the reward item. Delivery of items sent by courier or registered post is deemed to have been effected if the delivery docket is signed by a Participant or a person claiming to represent the member. All claims under warranty are to be made directly with the particular reward manufacturer or supplier.
- Epson will use its best efforts to process reward claims in monthly batches in the first week of the following month and approved rewards will be delivered by Standard Postal delivery (usually 7 - 9 days).
- By registering as a Member of the Epson Genuine Rewards Program, you agree to receive regular E-Mail correspondence from Epson, notifying you of upcoming bonus point promotions, new products, end-user promotions and other Epson Genuine Rewards Program information.
- Epson does not accept any liability or responsibility in regard to any state or federal taxes and duties which may or may not be imposed as the result of an Epson Genuine Rewards member receiving a reward from the Epson Genuine Rewards Program.
- Any breach of these Terms & Conditions (intentional or otherwise) may result in cancellation of your Epson Genuine Rewards Program membership or rewards Points or both. It is a breach of these Terms & Conditions for any Member in the reasonable opinion of Epson to either: Act in any way that is likely to be detrimental to the interests of Epson or any reseller or agent involved in the management of the Epson Genuine Rewards Program, provide any misleading information at any time to the Epson Genuine Rewards Program in relation to personal details, details of membership, purchases registered or rewards claimed.
- Epson will not engage in any discussion or correspondence with any members relating to a reward claim or otherwise.
- In these Conditions:
- "Member" means a member of the Epson Genuine Rewards Program,
- "Points" means points earned through participation in the Epson Genuine Rewards Program,
- "Eligible Epson Rewards" means products nominated by Epson as rewards for Points earned; and
- "Eligible Epson Ink Cartridges" means a genuine Epson ink cartridge sold or distributed in Australia or New Zealand by Epson. For more information and How to Identify Genuine Epson Ink Cartridges.
