2. Who can join Epson Genuine Rewards Program?
Membership to Epson Genuine Rewards Program is open to any Australian or New Zealand resident who has purchased Genuine Epson Australia/New Zealand ink cartridges featuring the Genuine Rewards logo, containing a special peal off sticker with a barcode Reward Code number located inside the ink cartridge box, more info. The Epson Genuine Rewards Program is also open to all Club Epson members.

3. Does it cost anything to be a member of the Epson Genuine Rewards Program?

4. How do I earn rewards points?
Login to the Genuine Rewards website and record the Reward Code numbers from the ink cartridge stickers. We also encourage you to print the claim form and attach the ink cartridge Reward Code stickers, in case a dispute arises. Each sticker contains a unique number and barcode and is located inside the cardboard package. The cartridge stickers will be verified automatically by the system on a daily basis and the reward points will be credited to your account. Should you be asked to send in your stickers to Epson, end-users must print the claim forms from the website and attach the ink cartridge Reward Code stickers in the spaces provided.

5. Do I need to send my Reward Code stickers to Epson?
No. Not unless there is a problem with your entries. In this case simply print the Claim Form, attach the Reward Code stickers and post the form and stickers to Epson. The Claim Form will display a unique Genuine Rewards Program barcode and number which is linked to your account. Attach the easy peal Reward Code stickers to the allocated spaces on the claim form. It's the easy way to collect your cartridge stickers. If an issues arises, Epson will then verify your claim and make any valid points available to your account.

8. How many points do I get for each ink cartridge?
Each Genuine Epson Australia/New Zealand ink cartridge has been allocated a Rewards Points value. The higher the price of the product - the more points it earns. The Eligible Product page lists the points values applicable to each product, click here to see the list. Epson reserves the right to alter these points values at any time.

9. When should I record my Reward Codes?
Register your Reward Codes online within 30 days from date of purchase. Always retain your Reward Code stickers in case an issue arises and they have to be sent Epson for validation.

10. What do I do if there is a problem with the system accepting my Reward Code number?
The Epson Genuine Rewards website is built in such a way as to minimise the chances of a cartridge sticker Reward Code number not being accepted. Each Reward Code number is unique. Reward Code numbers can only be recorded once into the system. If the number is not found in the Reward Code number master table, you will be prompted to check the number and enter the number again. If there is still a problem, do not worry. Simply print the hard copy claim form contained on the "Reward Codes Needing Attention" page, attach the Reward Code cartridge stickers and post the claim form to Epson for verification.

11. What happens if I lose my login ID or password?
Your login ID is your e-mail address. The log-on page contains "Forgot Password" link where your password will be e-mail to you. For security purposes we recommend changing your password after this process. Remember when setting up an account, always use a valid e-mail address, as this is used to e-mail confirmation of points entered or rejected, rewards issued and your password if forgotten.

12. Should I tell anyone my password?
No. Your Epson Genuine Rewards points are valuable and you should make sure you keep your Club Epson password secure.

13. If I don't have enough points for a reward can I pay the difference?
No. Only accumulated Reward Points can be used to claim rewards. The minimum number of points you need to claim a reward is only 8 points.

14. Can I transfer my points to another member?
No. All points earned as part of the Epson Genuine Rewards Program are non transferable.

15. How soon after I record my Reward Codes are the points available to order rewards?
All Epson Genuine Rewards points are validated on an hourly basis and once validated, points are then available to claim rewards.

16. Do my Points Expire?
Yes. Once the points have been approved and allocated to your account, you have twenty four (24) months to claim your rewards.

17. How long after claiming will I receive my reward/s?
Rewards claims are processed in monthly batches. They are compiled and verified* in the first week of the following month and approved rewards are dispatched after the 15th.
* Your online claim must contain valid Reward Code numbers from the ink cartridge stickers not previously claimed.

18. What do I do if I have a problem with a reward?
If you think your reward is overdue for delivery, there has been some damage during delivery or the item is not operative, contact the Epson Genuine Rewards administrator and provide the following details: your name, e-mail address, phone number and a detail description of the enquiry.
